Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Power Validation Engineer for ML accelerators. You will own power-domain validation across the product lifecycle, from design validation to silicon bring-up and production support in AWS data centers.

You will work with power architecture, RTL design, verification, firmware, and software teams to meet power targets and efficiency goals, applying hands-on measurements, DVFS validation, and power-model feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in power characterization/PDN validation.
• Experience with DVFS, power delivery, and di/dt handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop power validation strategies from design to production.
• Characterize peak power and di/dt under ML workloads.
• Perform hands-on power measurements in lab and trace results.
• Validate DVFS transitions and power capping on silicon.
• Collaborate with power, RTL, firmware, and software teams.
