The Associate will execute across power, utilities and energy infrastructure deals, directly alongside senior bankers and clients, with meaningful responsibility and exposure to live transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong investment banking experience.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Meaningful M&A or transaction execution experience.
• The ability to operate effectively in a demanding, high-volume deal environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative approach to working with senior and junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Building and reviewing complex financial and M&A models.
• Performing valuation analysis across public and private companies.
• Supporting the execution of buy-side, sell-side and strategic advisory assignments.
• Conducting company, industry and market analysis.
• Preparing client presentations, transaction materials and internal memoranda.
• Coordinating diligence and transaction processes.
• Working directly with senior bankers and clients throughout live transactions.
• Reviewing the work of Analysts and helping develop junior members of the team.
• Building knowledge across power generation, utilities, renewables and broader energy infrastructure.
