Job summary

Kenyon Noble Lumber Company in Belgrade is seeking an immediate Power Tools Department Head to lead the Tools department and deliver strong customer experiences. This role focuses on guiding sales, presenting product solutions, and ensuring the department meets revenue targets.

You will drive selling and display of merchandise, manage vendor relations, stock levels, pricing, and merchandising, and maintain department upkeep to support store goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to present product solutions to customers.
• Experience with merchandising and pricing in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate with vendor/supplier reps and manage stock and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Present customers with product solutions and drive sales in the Power Tools department.
