Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Power Systems Testing Engineer to lead system-level testing and validation of power supply hardware used in rack-level platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware or systems testing within an engineering or lab environment.
• Hands-on experience using test equipment and lab-based testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on testing and validation of power supply hardware and software integration, including power supplies, power shelves, and rack-level systems.
• Set up and maintain system test platforms used to evaluate product performance and reliability.
• Develop and execute test plans and validation procedures based on product requirements.
• Conduct functional and system-level testing within a lab environment and document test results.
• Identify, document, and analyze issues discovered during testing across hardware components.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to determine failure points and validate corrective actions.
• Work with engineering teams to resolve system and hardware-related issues discovered during validation.
