Henderson Group is seeking a field engineer to test and commission protection and control systems for electric utilities across the upper Midwest. You will work from home with daily regional travel to substations, providing hands-on testing, start-ups, and data collection.

The role requires 3–5+ years in utility relay testing, experience with SEL/GE software, and a EE-related degree. Flexible hours, weekends, and driving are expected, with a company vehicle and full benefits.

• 3–5+ years in utility or substation relay testing and commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with relay test sets and relay software (SEL, GE or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in EE or a related field, or equivalent experience. NETA certification is not required.
• Comfort with flexible hours, weekends and frequent driving.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
