Altorfer Inc is seeking a Parts Specialist for Power Systems in Bartonville, IL. The role involves scanning incoming freight, order picking, daily paperwork, and locating parts in the system, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a warehouse environment.

The position requires warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus proficiency with MS Office, are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate a standard forklift, manual pallet jack and other lift trucks in a safe but timely manner.
• Must be a self-starter with good time management, planning, and organizational skills with a commitment to detail.
• Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft, Excel and Outlook required.
• Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary.
• Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment in the warehouse.
• Must be able to handle general math calculations on money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Able to lift 75 lbs. and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic range of motion movements are needed such as: climb ladders, stairs, climbing on and off lift trucks, squatting, bending and twisting.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).
