Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering.
• Eight (8) years of power systems experience in relevant roles.
• Experience with interconnection studies and ERCOT/NERC standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the generation interconnection process from the initial application to the approval for commercial operations.
• Ensure that the interconnection of power generation and energy storage resources is reliable and compliant with NERC, ERCOT protocols and guides.
• Work closely with ERCOT System Operations, Market Operating Services Support, MP, IE, RE, DSP, and TSP to resolve interconnection issues.
• Develop and maintain tools that automate interconnection studies and reviews.
