Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to support deployment and startup of data center power infrastructure solutions. You will bridge Engineering, Product Management, Deployment, Service, and customers to ensure successful implementation of complex power systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
5+ years in mission-critical power infrastructure.
Strong understanding of UPS, switchgear, PDUs, BESS, DC power.
Experience supporting FAT/SAT, commissioning, or startup.
Ability to manage customer relationships and lead discussions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders during deployment and commissioning.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and operational readiness.
Troubleshoot complex power systems, controls, PLCs, monitoring platforms, and system integration.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve deployment challenges and improve startup success.
Support executive customer engagements and critical project escalations.
Develop and improve startup procedures, troubleshooting guides, and deployment documentation.
