Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Power Supply Assembler for 1st shift at our Hanover, NH location. You will assemble heavy industrial power supplies, work with a team, and follow standard processes to meet internal and external demands.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents.
• Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Attention to detail.
• Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture.

Responsibilities

• Work independently alongside team members to assemble finished products and subassemblies.
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to promote operational excellence.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and complete assigned tasks.
• Use quality specifications to assemble products per standards to ensure integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Follow replenishment system standards to maintain material flow in a JIT environment.
• Identify and communicate low inventory levels or discrepancies.
• Participate in training to support standard work in assembly, quality, continuous improvement and replenishment systems.

Education

HS Diploma or GED

18 years or older
