Responsibilities

• Provide advanced post-sales technical support for high-power products.
• Investigate complex escalations by troubleshooting instruments and reproducing issues.
• Provide technical guidance to field service engineers and other support teams.
• Help service centers resolve calibration and repair issues.
• Collaborate with product development, quality, manufacturing, and other teams to improve support.
• Develop support plans, repair strategies, and technical processes for new products.
• Create technical procedures, support documentation, and training for service teams.
• Provide product and measurement expertise for technical customer inquiries, including pre-sales opportunities when needed.
