Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) is seeking a hands-on marketing professional to promote advanced interconnect and power technologies, translating complex capabilities into compelling messages for engineers, OEMs, and distribution partners.

You will drive digital, print, and event marketing, lead content creation, and develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with Global Marketing and Product teams, delivering data-driven results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong foundation in digital marketing, content creation, and event management.
• Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress (or similar CMS), and CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the Amphenol Power Solutions brand and highlight leadership in power interconnect technology.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to design and implement cohesive content strategies across digital platforms—website, blog, social media, and email.
• Create and manage marketing assets such as technical presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, case studies, and videos.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards and Power BU messaging framework.
• Manage website content updates, product launches, and SEO optimization for the Power BU pages on Amphenol.com.
• Execute digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Track analytics and campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize future initiatives.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing materials including datasheets, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure marketing assets reflect technical features and differentiation.
• Plan and execute trade shows, technical conferences, and customer events, managing logistics and promotions.
• Coordinate post-event communications and follow-up programs to capture leads and reinforce visibility.
• Lead customer and internal promotional activities for new product launches and milestones.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on go-to-market strategies for new products.
