Job description

Immediate opening for an experienced Power/Soft Washing Crew Leader. Candidates should have at least 3 years of verifiable experience with a power and soft wash cleaning company, be self-employed, or have a combination of relevant experience. Sign-on bonus and on-the-job training are available for this position.

This position will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of company equipment, managing workload, and supervising crew members. The ideal candidate must be safety-conscious, capable of operating commercial-grade high-pressure systems, and handling chemicals responsibly. The role is fast-paced and demanding, requiring the ability to complete work efficiently with extreme attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a valid NC Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Smartphone with GPS capabilities required
• Basic knowledge of pressure washing chemicals
• Experience with a soft wash system
• Experience with commercial, residential, and new construction projects
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, year-round, in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75-100 pounds
• OSHA training is a plus
