Amphenol ICC is seeking a Product Line Manager for Power BU to drive capacity planning, demand management, and profitability across key product families. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to position products for long-term success while meeting customer and business objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in product management or related roles in manufacturing.
• Experience in high-speed interconnect, cable solutions, or related industry preferred.
• Experience in demand planning, capacity planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of costing, pricing, gross margin analysis, and financial metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain product forecasts with Operations and Supply Chain.
• Analyze demand trends and capacity constraints to align requirements with manufacturing.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans for material availability and capacity.
• Support S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
• Drive cost reduction through value engineering and sourcing optimization.
• Monitor product profitability and recommend margin enhancements.
