Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a Power Platform & Workload Governance Consultant to build the governed foundation for enterprise AI. This role is hands-on, client-facing, focusing on Power Platform governance, environment strategy, DLP, and ALM, with additional platform governance across Microsoft 365 and Azure.

You will configure guardrails, policy templates, and CoE Starter Kit deployments while collaborating with AI and data specialists. Remote work from the US or Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise Microsoft platform experience with 3+ years hands-on Power Platform administration, governance, or architecture across multiple environments and business units.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
• Proven experience with environment strategy, DLP design and enforcement, managed environments, and solution ownership and access control models.
• Hands-on ALM with Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps, including approval gates and multi-stage promotion.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Azure governance fundamentals (Azure Policy, RBAC, landing zones).
• Working knowledge of Copilot Studio and how agents are built, published, and secured.

Responsibilities

• Configure environment strategy and landing zones with tiered environments, ownership, and access controls.
• Design and enforce DLP policies and connector classification; manage restricted connectors and impact analysis.
• Implement ALM: packaging, versioning, environment variables, pipelines, approval flows, and end-to-end test deployments.
• Deploy and operationalize CoE Starter Kit and Copilot Studio Starter Kit; assess environment structure and admin processes.
• Define Entra ID group naming standards and security role models across environments.
• Lead governance workshops covering environment strategy, DLP, ALM, licensing, and capacity.
