We are seeking an experienced and innovative Power Platform Solutions Developer to support mission-driven projects through the creation of custom applications and process automation solutions. This is a part-time, fully remote contract role, expected to run from July 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with a total commitment of 400 hours. Key Responsibilities

• Custom Application Development: Design, build, and maintain tailored business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Workflow Automation: Develop and manage robust automated processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
• Data Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and insightful reports using Power BI that support strategic decision-making.
• Systems Integration: Seamlessly integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint) and third-party applications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business users to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate needs into functional solutions.
• User Support and Enablement: Provide technical support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption of developed tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Power Virtual Agents
• Proven ability to develop end-to-end business solutions with strong documentation and testing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with remote teams and diverse stakeholders.

Work Conditions

• Schedule: Flexible, during standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time).
• Location: 100% Remote (Telework).
• Maximum Hours: 400 hours for the duration of the engagement.

Candidates may occasionally be required to work during evenings or weekends, with additional hours pre-approved in advance.
