Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their Digital Modernization practice in MN. You will design and implement enterprise Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, with strong emphasis on governance, security, and scalable architecture.

You will lead workflow automation, integrate with SharePoint Online, and collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure reliable deployments and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering Microsoft enterprise technologies including 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online
• 3+ years hands-on experience designing and supporting Power Apps/Power Automate
• Experience governance for Power Platform including environment strategy and security
• Experience with REST APIs, PowerShell, Azure Automation and connectors
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Experience ITSM practices like incident, change, problem management

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs
• Build and support Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
• Develop complex cloud flows and business automations
• Design Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and rules
• Define enterprise standards for environment strategy and governance
• Establish and improve development, test, and production practices with CI/CD
• Design and support SharePoint Online solutions and integrate with Power Platform
• Build integrations and administrative automation using Microsoft Graph and REST APIs
• Partner with security and architecture teams on least-privilege and data protection
• Serve as escalation resource for Power Platform and Microsoft 365 issues
• Improve monitoring, incident response, change management processes
• Contribute to engineering standards and runbooks
• Work with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
