Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Power Platform / SharePoint specialist to design, build, and deploy solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will customize SharePoint sites and automate workflows, integrating with Office 365 apps and collaborating with analysts, developers, and end users to align solutions with business goals.

You will drive process automation, provide ongoing support, and produce thorough documentation to ensure long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Developer (PL-400) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy robust Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams) and other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document requirements.
• Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities to improve productivity.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Power Platform/SharePoint apps.
• Create documentation and training materials for successful adoption and maintainability.
• Coordinate with IT on governance, data management, security, and compliance.
• Participate in SDLC phases from requirements to deployment and post-production support.
• Perform detailed testing to meet high quality and performance standards.
• Stay updated on Power Platform and Office 365 features and best practices.
