Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is hiring for a Power Platform/SharePoint specialist to design, build, and deploy custom solutions. You will integrate Power Platform tools with Office 365 and collaborate with analysts, developers, and end-users.

The role emphasizes SDLC involvement, requirements gathering, testing, and ongoing support. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of Power Platform experience are required; PL-200/PL-400 preferred. This hybrid position may require travel and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Developer (PL-400) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to meet business requirements.
• Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform with Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams) to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Power Platform/SharePoint applications.
• Create documentation and training materials to ensure successful adoption and long-term maintainability.
