Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting a leading financial industry organization in Chandler with a Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist role. The hybrid position supports modernizing knowledge management and document lifecycles across enterprise applications and content governance.

You will drive automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while consolidating repositories, building approval workflows, and enabling Copilot search for internal content.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including managing document repositories, content organization, and approval workflows.
  • Knowledge of document governance, knowledge management, document lifecycle management best practices, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to analyze program control documents and support automation within PowerApps.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards and data analysis; Jira experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Our client, a leading organization in financial industry, is seeking a Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist to join their team. As a Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be supporting enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize knowledge management and document lifecycles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Chandler, Arizona | Charlotte, North Carolina | Dallas, TX)

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr W2 (Dependent on Experience)

What's the Job?
