Job summary

Crowe Advisory LLC is seeking a junior consultant to assist in delivering Power Platform-based solutions for clients. You will help document client processes, configure basic Power Apps/Power Automate solutions, and support testing and data validation while learning under senior team guidance.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, rapid upskilling, and contributing to client outcomes in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

Assists in collecting and documenting client business processes, functional needs, and data requirements for Power Platform solutions under senior guidance.
Applies basic configuration within Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven) or Power Automate, following predefined templates and implements out-of-the-box solutions for low-complexity scenarios.
Executes test scenarios and data validation, supports testing of solution prototypes, and updates test logs.
Maintains project artifacts and version control, storing user stories, technical specs, or configuration changes in designated repositories.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate across diverse skillsets and geographies; team-oriented mindset.
Comfortable navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; eager to learn new technologies.
Basic understanding of process flows, databases, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Introductory experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and data storage platforms like SharePoint or Dataverse.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or basic SQL for simple data analysis.
Interest in or completion of Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) is a plus.
