Job Summary

The Power Platform is a low-code platform that enables users to create customized solutions to meet business challenges and drive empowerment. The Power Platform Implementation Lead will work within the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) to design strategic visions with leadership, equip associates with necessary skills, and drive value through adoption of the Platform. Additionally, the Power Platform Implementation Lead will implement best practices and be part of an embedded team to solve problems, such as streamlining processes through the use of Generative AI, M365 Copilot, and Power Automate tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to Compass Group teams related to adoption, use case identification, and best practices.
  • Involves embedding in teams to automate processes, streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and foster innovation.
  • Deliver end user support for the Power Platform, including resolving tickets, answering queries, providing guidance, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Act as the Power Platform maker, including app development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with the standards and practices defined by the CoE.
  • Collaborate with other members of the CoE to identify and implement best practices, enhancements, and updates for the Power Platform.


Required Skills:

  • At least 4 years of experience in providing technical support for Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in defining and implementing support processes, monitoring tools, and service level agreements for the Power Platform.
  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies is a plus
