Job summary

Washington State Department of Labor & Industries is seeking an IT professional to design, develop, and maintain high-visibility enterprise applications that support the agency’s mission. You’ll help modernize systems used by Budget, Human Resources, Security, and Workplace Safety & Health, applying Power Platform to connect data and automate workflows.

Working in an agile team, you’ll use .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs, with Azure DevOps and SDLC processes to deliver production-ready

Qualifications

• 4 years IT experience in software development and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Ability to learn and grow; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications and interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into features.
• Collaborate across multiple applications to enhance functionality.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Apply SDLC processes using Azure DevOps.
• Stay current with .NET, SQL, Java, Windows server, security, cloud computing.
