Job summary

Intelligence and Security Associates (ISA) in Fort Washington, MD is hiring a Low Code Engineer to design, build, and deploy secure enterprise apps using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will translate complex requirements into production-ready solutions, automate workflows, and integrate with Azure services in GCC-High/Azure Government environments.

You will collaborate with program managers, contracts personnel, and domain SMEs, owning the full build lifecycle from development to deployment

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years building low-code/no-code solutions with the Power Platform.
• Ability to write custom code, Power Fx, and scripts for extensions.
• Hands-on development with JavaScript/Python for connectors and integrations.
• Experience in GCC-High and Azure Government security environments.
• Strong database modeling with SQL Server and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and translates requirements into build specifications and solutions.
• Architects, develops, and deploys apps using Power Apps/Power BI/Power Automate/Dataverse.
• Writes formulas, scripts, and custom connectors; extends capabilities with Azure.
• Designs data models, builds dashboards, and publishes to Teams/SharePoint.
• Ensures security hardening and DoD/DoW compliance throughout lifecycle.
