Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Software Engineer for a long-term hybrid contract in Chandler, AZ (also in Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX). You will consult on complex initiatives, review multi-faceted challenges, and collaborate with client personnel to deliver scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities include consolidating documentation, building workflows, enabling Copilot search, and integrating with Teams; plus developing PowerBI dashboards for program metrics and proving Power Platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
• Power Platform experience and Dataverse expertise.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate 7+ documentation repositories into one.
• Build document approval workflows.
• Enable Copilot search across internal content.
• Build out front end user support page for enterprise application.
• Create decision/approval log capability.
• Integrate capabilities with Microsoft Teams communications channels.
• Analyze program control documents and support automated methodologies within PowerApps.
• Build PowerBI dashboards to analyze program metrics.
• Support Copilot data integration proofs of concept for operational efficiencies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Power Platform experience and Dataverse.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in Jira
• Large enterprise or regulated industry experience
• Power Platform certification(s)

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
