This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days on-site in either Washington, D.C. or Reston, VA.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Develop Solutions: Use the platform tools to build effective solutions to address business challenges, optimize processes, and provide actionable reporting.
  2. Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and internal platforms.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  4. Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end users.
  5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Power Platform.
Qualifications

Minimum of eight years in technical IT work, with three to five years of specialized experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Experience with SharePoint development and customization.

Educational Requirements

Certifications such as Microsoft PL-400 and PL-300 are a plus.
