Job summary

Concordant LLC in Columbia, SC seeks a Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer for a hybrid role. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise Power Apps and Dataverse solutions, and develop automated workflows with Power Automate.

You will collaborate with product partners and architects, implement secure-by-design development, and contribute to governance and data modeling across the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development (model-driven and canvas).
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
• Strong experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrations.
• Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with Azure services.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, PowerFx, and low-code extensibility patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven).
• Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources, including Azure services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Implement best practices around solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure-by-design development.
• Maintain documentation for configuration, data models, custom connectors, workflows, and operational support.
• Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies.
