Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a hands-on Power Platform Developer with 5+ years of experience to build enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate in Columbia, South Carolina.

You will develop Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps, model data in Dataverse with security and relationships, create robust workflows and integrations, and own ALM, environments, and deployment pipelines with DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power Apps development — Canvas & Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong Dataverse data modeling, security, tables, relationships, and business rules.
• Power Automate workflows, integrations, APIs, and custom connectors.
• Power Platform ALM, environments, solutions, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
• Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics certification or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
