Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support Power Platform and SharePoint solutions across the agency. You will gather requirements, build apps and automated workflows, and support SharePoint Online environments under governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Experience designing workflow automation and business processes.
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration, lists, libraries, permissions, and information architecture.
• Experience integrating Microsoft technologies with databases and APIs.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience supporting applications through development, testing, deployment, and production.
• Power Platform governance, security, and deployment practices knowledge.
• Experience in government, public safety, or large enterprise environments.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain apps using Power Apps.
• Build automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, APIs.
• Analyze business processes to improve efficiency via automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot platforms and integrations.

• Assist with migrations, site configuration, user support.
• Manage environments, deployments, connections, lifecycle activities.
• Create technical documentation and support materials.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Provide user training and technical support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with goals.
