Job summary

Ashling Partners in Chicago seeks a Microsoft Power Platform Developer/Consultant to design, deploy, and support enterprise apps, workflow automation, and integrations using Power Platform and Azure. Candidates should have a strong Power Platform foundation and quick learning agility to pick up UiPath.

You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, implement solutions, and participate in modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse development.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, custom connectors, SQL, M365, and Power Fx formulas.
• Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, source control, and structured release processes.
• Strong communication and client-facing discovery and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise apps, workflow automation, and integrations on Power Platform.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions; ensure quality and adoption.
