Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience developing, supporting, or enhancing Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is essential.
• Experience developing or experimenting with AI technologies such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Guide and inform guidelines for Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents to improve processes.
• Connect Microsoft platforms and business systems using Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and automation.
• Develop solutions that integrate with Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with team members and users to turn ideas into practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing applications and integrations.
• Participate in proof-of-concept projects and explore new Microsoft and AI technologies.
• Document solutions and educate users and team members.
