Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer to design and deliver secure, scalable automation and AI solutions. This client-facing role covers requirements through deployment and governance, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint.

You will own projects, build demos, and ensure compliance, while collaborating with EA/Sec and stakeholders to drive value across engagements in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certification and hands-on practice.
• Experience implementing ALM governance, security and compliance.
• Client-facing project delivery and remote collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and document processes.
• Design architectures integrating Power Platform and SharePoint for insights.
• Build demos, proofs of concept and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop canvas and model-driven apps using Dataverse.
• Create Power Automate flows (cloud/desktop) for automation.
• Publish Power BI reports/dashboards integrated with apps.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint for document management.
• Apply ALM practices using solutions, pipelines, source control (Azure DevOps or GitHub).
• Enforce DLP policies, environment strategies and access controls.
• Partner with EA/Sec for governance and Copilot Studio operations.
• Own project plans, timelines and deliverables with Agile methods.
• Create Copilot Studio AI agents with topics, connectors, orchestration, and responsible AI.
