Job summary

Pearson Carter is partnering with a respected UK professional services firm investing heavily in Microsoft Power Platform, automation and AI as part of its digital transformation. As Power Platform Developer you will design, build and maintain solutions that automate processes and improve efficiency across the organisation, working hands-on with stakeholders from requirements to delivery in a Norwich hybrid role (2–3 days in the office).

The salary ranges £40,000–£45,000.

• 2 years' commercial Power Platform development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps.
• Experience delivering solutions.
• Experience delivering workflows with Power Automate.

Power Platform Developer £40k–£45k Norwich Hybrid

THE COMPANY

Pearson Carter is working with a well-established UK professional services organisation that is investing heavily in Microsoft Power Platform, automation and AI as part of its continued digital transformation. The organisation has a strong presence across the East of England and supports a diverse customer base across multiple specialist areas. Technology is becoming increasingly important to how the business operates, with significant investment being made into improving internal processes through Power Platform, Copilot and intelligent automation.

THE ROLE

As Power Platform Developer, you'll design and build solutions that automate processes, improve efficiency and solve real business problems across the organisation.

This is a hands-on development position where you'll work directly with stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and take solutions from initial requirements through to delivery.

You'll work across a broad Microsoft technology stack including:

• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Copilot Studio
• Power Automate Desktop
• Microsoft Copilot / AI
• APIs and system integrations
• SQL Server
• Power BI

We're looking for a hands-on Power Platform Developer who can combine strong technical skills with the ability to understand how a business operates.

Essential Experience

LOCATION

Norwich

This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week in the Norwich office.

Candidates must be able to commute to Norwich regularly, as the office requirement is an established part of the position.

SALARY

£40,000–£45,000
