You will help build business solutions using Power Apps and automate workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical improvements across processes. Junior Power Platform DeveloperWe are looking for a Junior Power Platform Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1 year of experience who wants to grow their skills, work on real business projects, and gain experience in an international environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to develop applications, automate workflows, and improve business processes using Microsoft technologies.Location: 100% remoteRate: 70–90 PLN net + VAT per hour (B2B)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).
• Create and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Support the analysis of business requirements and help translate them into technical solutions.
• Assist with testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
• Provide support for existing applications and automated workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve business processes.
• Follow development best practices to ensure solution quality, security, and maintainability.
• Explore new Microsoft technologies, including AI-powered capabilities.

Requirements

• Around 1 year of practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Interest in business process automation and low-code development.
• Analytical thinking and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for working in an international environment.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Interest in Copilot and AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Basic understanding of Azure services, APIs, or SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications or relevant personal projects.
