Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to turn concepts into production-ready automation and AI-powered applications.

You will lead workshops, build canvas/model-driven apps, publish dashboards, and ensure governance and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of application development and Power Platform experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise automation solutions.
• Strong governance, security, ALM, and environment strategies.
• Experience integrating APIs and custom connectors.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for deployment and source control.
• Agile delivery methodologies.

Power Platform Developer | Remote / Hybrid (U.S.) | Salary Target: $150,000 - $185,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

A leading global professional services organization is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join its growing Automation & Development team. This position will focus on designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions utilizing Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem, helping transform business processes through automation, AI, and low-code development.

This is a senior individual contributor role suited to a developer with deep expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Azure, who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders to build innovative solutions from concept through production deployment.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in delivering automation and AI-driven solutions across a large global organization, partnering with technical and business teams to create scalable, secure, and compliant applications that improve productivity and business outcomes.

You’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery workshops and solution design through development, deployment, governance, and ongoing enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and business process discovery sessions
• Design and develop enterprise solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform
• Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps leveraging Dataverse
• Develop Power Automate cloud and desktop workflows to streamline business processes
• Create compelling proof-of-concepts and demonstrations for stakeholders
• Design and publish Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint for document management and collaboration
• Develop custom connectors and API integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Build and deploy Copilot Studio solutions and AI-powered assistants
• Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices across Power Platform environments
• Manage application lifecycle management (ALM) processes and deployment pipelines
• Utilize Azure DevOps and GitHub for source control and release management
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure scalable and secure implementations
• Own project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications while operating within Agile methodologies

Required Experience

• 5-7+ years of application development and Power Platform experience
• Strong hands‑on expertise with:

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise automation solutions
• Strong understanding of governance, security, ALM, and environment strategies

• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience delivering projects from requirements gathering through production support
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as:
• PL-200 (Functional Consultant)
• Experience with Power Pages

• Experience implementing Responsible AI practices
• Experience building or supporting conversational AI solutions
