Job summary

Arvato in Louisville is seeking a Power Platform Developer to drive low-code solutions across the business. You will own the design, delivery, and sustainability of Power Platform initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to unlock process value.

The role requires hands-on experience with the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related certifications, plus the ability to communicate impact to stakeholders and elevate team performance. This is a full-time on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Programming/Data Architecture.
• 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Learn Program certifications via Credly are ideal.
• PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert strongly preferred.
• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM strongly preferred.

Job Description

As part of the Continuous Improvement team, the Power Platform Developer identifies and evaluates business opportunities to apply Microsoft Power Platform solutions that enhance efficiency and performance across both new and existing processes. Collaborating with a wide variety of cross-functional leaders and subject matters experts to envision, initiate, plan and deliver on that potential value and communicate its impact to the organization.

The role of the Power Platform Developer has ownership for the overall design, delivery and sustainability of low-code/no-code Power Platform solutions. The Developer is a thought leader with a growth mindset and natural ability to elevate the performance of their coworkers by challenging the status quo of how we work, how we think as an organization and the tools & processes required to provide value to our customers.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with focus in Computer Science, Programming or Data Architecture
• 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalent education or certifications must be verifiable and with credentials provided by an accredited institution. Microsoft Learn Program certifications via Credly are ideal.
• PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert strongly preferred.
• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM strongly preferred.
• Other accredited education/credentials related to Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture strongly preferred.
