Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a Power Platform developer to join our team in the United States. You will participate in all project phases from planning through implementation and support, collaborating with internal clients to deliver enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions across SharePoint and Dataverse.

You will troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The role requires 3+ years in web/enterprise development, 1+ year with Canvas/Model-Driven Apps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications required or preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern web applications and enterprise platforms.
• 1+ year as a Power Platform developer including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with SQL and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of connectors including custom connectors (OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0).
• Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with relational databases and data models.
• Deep Dataverse data modeling and decision between Dataverse vs SharePoint.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub is preferred.
• Experience creating technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams is preferred.
• Pro-code extensibility is a plus: Power Apps Code Apps, PCF components, plugins/JavaScript; C#, REST, JSON.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of a project from planning to implementation and support.
• Collaborate with internal clients to develop, validate, and implement software solutions per client requirements and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues concurrently.
• Documentation and technical support activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Architect Power Platform solutions across SharePoint and Dataverse, selecting data backend, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Possibly travel locally and nationally.
