Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a Database Automation Engineer to join our government-focused delivery team in Washington, DC, with a hybrid work model. You will maintain and enhance Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards, delivering routine feature requests and bug fixes.

This early-career role offers growth under a senior technical lead, with responsibilities spanning data integration from SQL/Excel/SharePoint, O&M, and documentation, plus

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years developing Canvas Power Apps with complex UI and multiple data sources.
• 3-5+ years of Power BI dashboard development and relational data modeling.
• Experience building Power Automate flows for workflow automation.
• Strong communication and ability to translate requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM and government processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance two Canvas Power Apps and other portfolio apps.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and Workspace Apps.
• Create and maintain automated Power Automate workflows.
• Handle data integration from SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Provide end-user support and maintain technical documentation.
