Alpha Omega Integration is seeking a Database Automation Engineer to join our Hybrid team in Washington, DC, supporting a Federal client. You will maintain and enhance Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards, delivering routine features, fixes, and automations under a senior lead.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience developing Canvas Power Apps with complex UIs and multiple data sources.
• 3-5+ years of Power BI dashboard development and relational data modeling.
• Experience building and maintaining Power Automate flows for workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM processes.
• Familiarity with Government Processes, including Federal Acquisition & Finance.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with data querying languages (SQL, M, DAX).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance two Canvas Power Apps and other portfolio apps.
• Develop and modify app screens, forms, and data connections from the backlog.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and Workspace Apps.
• Build automated Power Automate workflows for reporting and task automation.
• Handle access controls, end-user support, and operations across apps.
• Clean and integrate data from SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Support SELC tasks and maintain technical documentation including pipelines.
• Respond to ad hoc client data ingestion requests.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into Power Platform solutions.
