Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years in roles supporting reporting, app development, or automation.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio.
3+ years in SQL, data modeling, warehousing, and analytics platforms.
3+ years of strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements for reporting, apps, workflows, and RAD AI-driven solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models for actionable insights.
Build and support business applications with Power Apps and Dataverse to improve user experience and efficiency.
Develop workflow automations and AI-powered solutions, including Power Automate flows and Copilot Studio agents.
Collaborate with partners, developers, data engineers, and tech teams to test, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.
