Job summary

EnSafe is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform/AI Developer to design, develop, and support Power Platform and cloud-based business solutions for environmental information systems. The role requires mid-level developers who can own solutions, work with stakeholders, and translate business needs into actionable apps and automations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience developing business applications, automations, or cloud-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Forms, Planner).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of relational data concepts and data modeling.
• Experience troubleshooting Power Apps, Power Automate, and data sources.
• Strong attention to detail and clear technical communication.
• Basic understanding of large language models and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Platform-based solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Build and support Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint sites, lists, and Teams integrations.
• Develop canvas apps and user-friendly interfaces for field and client-facing processes.
• Create automated workflows for notifications, approvals, data routing, and reporting.
• Support data collection and field technologies with approved platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and plan improvements.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with external systems via APIs and connectors.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and datasets using various data sources.
• Troubleshoot issues related to apps, permissions, data connections, and integrations.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and reusable development patterns.
• Apply AI concepts to enhance solutions and productivity.
