Job summary

Bright Horizons Children's Centers, LLC is seeking a Power Platform Administrator to govern the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and related AI capabilities. This role partners with IT, FinOps, compliance, and business teams to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient operations while enabling automation and data-driven decision making.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite weekly at our headquarters in Newton, MA or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3 years Power Platform experience, Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of the Power Platform tenant, including development, test, user acceptance, and production environments.
• Implement and maintain the 4-zone environment strategy, including data loss prevention (DLP) policy enforcement, ALM pipelines, and Managed Environments.
• Manage environment provisioning lifecycle and drive continuous improvements in operations efficiency and service delivery.
• Administer on-premises data gateway patching, monitoring, and security controls.
• Govern Power Platform assets, including applications, flows, and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring governance and remediation of noncompliant assets.
• Enforce FERPA and GDPR obligations across US, UK, and NL environments.
