Job summary

NAES Corporation seeks a Warehouse Specialist at Hill Top Energy Center in the United States to manage receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials while maintaining CMMS records. You will coordinate procurement, stage parts for maintenance, operate forklifts, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Reports to Maintenance Manager and collaborates with plant personnel to support outages and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with the ability to understand and follow procedures and instructions.
• An associate degree or technical training in supply chain, logistics, industrial operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant industry or military experience may be considered in lieu of additional education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate entry, proofing, and submission of purchase orders, including proper product costing and shipping instructions.
• Maintain records of fixed assets and purchase requisitions with approvals.
• Communicate with vendors to track orders and resolve shipment issues.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue items, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Utilize CMMS for inventory control, transfers, and reporting.
• Maintain inventory through counting, sorting, and organized layout.
• Communicate warehouse conditions and stock levels to plant management.
• Assist Maintenance with mechanical and electrical repairs as needed.
• Prepare and stage parts for maintenance work orders and outages.
• Operate forklifts, trucks, and vans for material movement with certification.
• Support audits, surveys, and reporting on inventory and assets.
