FieldCore, supporting GE Vernova's Gas Power One Field Services team, seeks a Power Plant Operator I in Marcus Hook, PA. The role maintains power generation facilities and equipment outside the control room, ensuring safe operation and reliable energy delivery.

You will install, operate, and maintain generators and related equipment, monitor systems, adjust loads, and communicate status with other plant personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• English proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain power plant and mobile generation equipment
• Monitor equipment to detect operating problems
• Start/stop generators and auxiliary equipment as necessary
• Inspect equipment records and communicate status to plant personnel
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Travel may be required; overtime possible
