Job summary

Luminant Power LLC in Sayreville, New Jersey seeks a Power Plant Production Technician to operate and maintain plant equipment, both in control room and field. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support safe, efficient plant operations while reporting to site management.

The role offers a 40–55 USD hourly rate, with eligibility for bonus, profit sharing, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits for employee and dependents.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years related experience in plant operations or maintenance.
• Satisfactory completion of Tier 2 within primary skill for position.
• Demonstrate computer based skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain facility in control room or field to optimize plant performance.
• Perform daily maintenance, overhauls, calibration and troubleshooting.
• Resolve problems on shift and document findings.
• Promote safe, reliable operation and adhere to safety procedures.
