Job Description

Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Power Plant Operator to join the team. This role is full-time, working 40 hours weekly during various evenings.

Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety standards and analyze systems like boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
• Operate and maintain power plant equipment with minimal supervision
• Monitor engineering systems and respond to emergencies
• Perform safety checks and respond to plant emergencies
• Maintain chemical balance in systems and perform related tasks

Additional Requirements

• Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, evenings
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
