Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory leadership in Plant Operations/Power Boiler environments.

• Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance standards for utility plants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR management of direct reports, including performance management and policy adherence.
• Align actions with corporate and department objectives to promote learning and development.
• Ensure safety processes and compliance with corporate safety standards for equipment isolation and restoration.
• Monitor boiler, turbine/generator, and auxiliary equipment for safe, reliable operation.
• Support core processes and initiatives (e.g., safety, compliance, and operations information systems).
• Assume project management roles in designated situations.
