Job summary

You will read mechanical drawings, use precision tools, and manage spare parts in CMMS. Some travel to sites is required; CDL Class A may be needed within six months.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and relevant maintenance experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in mechanical trades or mechanical engineering technology.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and CMMS systems.
• Must meet CDL Class A requirements within 6 months of hire and potential DOT random testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on power plant equipment.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and use precision measuring equipment.
• Procure materials and services to support ongoing maintenance activities.
• Track maintenance activities and parts in the CMMS system.
