Job Description:

Must have an active (or ability to obtain) a TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance

This position is responsible for managing small and/or less complex maintenance projects or overseeing multiple site managers managing various small and/or less complex sites/projects within the Operations & Maintenance function. Responsibilities may include mobilization, operational sales, and marketing targets.

  1. Responsible for leading 24/7 facility operations teams in the operation and monitoring of facility equipment supporting a critical customer mission.
  2. Coordinate work on site that may impact infrastructure, supporting maintenance performance.
  3. Lead the development, review, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Emergency Response Procedures (ERP), and Methods of Procedure (MOP), including shepherding these through the Change Management Board.
  4. Develop and implement training and certification programs for all operators.
  5. Manage shift schedules, staffing, and compliance activities.
  6. Ensure meeting or exceeding customer metrics.
  7. Complete and deliver incident reports within 24 hours.
  8. Lead root cause analysis, track, and implement corrective actions.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
