Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their Houston team. The planner will be responsible for developing job plans and ensuring efficient maintenance operations at a power generation facility. This role demands strong planning and organizational skills to maintain a healthy work backlog and improve asset reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in maintenance and operations planning, with a degree in Engineering or related fields. Proficiency in CMMS systems and adherence to safety procedures are critical.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in maintenance/operations planning at power plants or industrial sites.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
