Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and prepare work packages for the plant's maintenance and contractor activities. You will help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation in line with company policies and standards.

The role requires a engineering degree with power plant maintenance/operations experience and strong communication skills, plus proficiency with MS Office. On-site Maryland location with opportunities to support outages and plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2 years power plant maintenance and/or operations experience.
• Associate's degree with 4 years power plant maintenance and/or operations experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years power plant maintenance and/or operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work instructions and work packages to assist planners for maintenance and modifications.
• Interface with Work Management, Supply and Engineering to identify priorities and issues.
• Define procedures, drawings, equipment and materials required for planned work.
• Conduct field walk-downs to identify corrective and preventive maintenance opportunities.
• Verify instructions comply with procedures and obtain approval before execution; manage multiple projects.
• Assist in planned and forced outage coordination as required.
• All other duties as directed by management.
